Certification Schedule
- Day 1 - AM or PM Open Water Dives
- Day 2 - AM or PM Open Water Dives
This section provides you the required medical guidelines for the Xanadu Open Water Referral.
You will be required to fill out a medial release form at the dive shop. If you answer "Yes" to any of the questions listed, you will need a doctor's note allowing you to dive.
