Have a Question? Click To ChatOur morning dives feature daily scuba expeditions to the deep waters surrounding the Bahamas Islands. These dives are for our certified divers who are seeking the most adventure they can find. Most of the morning dives first head out to a wall. Wall dives are done alongside a steep underwater wall. The dives usually begin at 40 feet, though sometimes they can be even deeper than that. These wall dives offer divers an amazing diversity of underwater scenery that will make the dive unforgettable.
These dives are usually deeper than afternoon dives, but both novice and experienced divers can appreciate the unique type of diving along a wall in the Caribbean. Our staff is always on hand to try their best to accommodate your wishes. Divers can also choose whether to stay in shallower depths or dive deeper. Deeper dives can go as deep as 80 feet.
After the first wall dive, the second dive is at a shallow reef or wreck. You will see some fascinating and colorful reef formations in this dive. And of course you will see hundreds of sea animals who make their home in the reef. There are several different reef locations we go to and each one is filled with the unique and dynamic marine life that the Bahamas are known for. As far as the wreck locations, we go to several including an immense 100-foot freighter that is found at depths of 50 feet. There is also a wreck that was used in the James Bond movies, located in 40 feet of water, and a Cessna used in Jaws.
What are the requirements to participate in this dive?
This dive requires an open water certification or higher.
Can you pick us up from our cruise ship or hotel?
Complimentary pick up is provided from all hotels and cruise ship areas.
What are water conditions like?
All dives occur on the south side of the island where waters conditions are great all year round. Visibility remains clear and consistent all year round. Water tempatures change seasonally but average between 72 - 78f.
Can I use/bring my own scuba diving equipment?
Yes. Many people feel more comfortable using equipment they are familiar with and are best suited towards their body type. While we do everything to ensure our divers are using the safest, most reliable gear we do allow our divers to use their own dive gear.
Can my non-diving partner come on the dive?
Yes. While your partner will not be able to participate in the dive itself they can come along as a bubble watcher (rider) and enjoy the trip with you.
Is There a restroom on the boat?
Yes. There is a restroom or "Marine Head" for use on the boat.
What about sharks and other sea creatures?
With all the media hype it's understandable why people often ask this question but the truth is that unprovoked shark attacks are very, very rare and attacks on scuba divers are even more rare. Our staff, divers and dive masters are all trained in making sure your dive is safe and enjoyable.
How long are you underwater?
Length of time underwater for these dives completely depends on the depth of the dive. You can expect to be under water for 25-40 minutes for dives 40-60 feet and about 35-45 minutes for dives less than 40 feet deep.

I have been to the Bahamas many times, but Stuart Cove Two Tank Morning Dive is one of my favorite trips! It includes everything that everyone should do here. As a Bahamas veteran, I can say only the best about this experience!
Thanks to the professional guides! I was a bit worried about kayaking because I had never done it before, but the instructions were great and I had such a good time!
The best way to discover nature! ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
